Design Concept:

The concept revolves around creating a central courtyard as the heart of the home, with surrounding living spaces opening into it. Floor-to-ceiling windows, sliding doors, and strategically placed skylights flood interiors with natural light. Landscaping is integrated throughout, with greenery framing views from every major room. Open-plan layouts promote family interaction, while private zones maintain intimacy and comfort.
